Sen. Joseph Biden is our man
Observation on the Democratic Presidential Hopefuls, first drafted on Sept. 17. 2007

We have said it before, and we want to say it again: Joe Biden is in our mind the most qualified of all the
candidates that have presented themselves for the Democratic Primaries. And so we hope against all odds, that
he will prevail therein. For too level-headed and experienced is he, and too independent is his thinking that one
should not encourage his candidacy now.
No, anyone in his clear mind has to understand, that Hillary is way too power-obsessed, Obama too inexperienced
and Edwards too salesman-like to vote for them with an easy heart. And so it is only fair that one should look
elsewhere for a better alternative. For too uncalibrated is the gravity that the aforementioned candidates can
bring to bear, that one could now justify supporting them.
Given therefore that there is no other candidate who is better qualified for the top job than Sen. Biden, one can
only hope that voters eventually will see the light. For too much would they else have disadvantaged themselves
that they could now still trust to benefit from their choice.

| Addition to this commentary published on Aug 11, 2008: Noah denkt™ is delighted to note, that New York Times’ Columnist David Brooks concurs with our character assessment of Sen. Biden. For it has been at last weeks National Conservative Student Conference, Aug. 5, 2008) where a measured Mr. Brooks explained, that it is precisely the relative levelheadedness (and experience) of said Sen. Biden, that would qualify him as the right vice-presidential running for the Obama campaign.
