Some Bullet Points about the future of globalisation and capitalism
Observation on life, first drafted on Jan. 15, published on Jan. 17, 2008
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It does not take a genius to understand, that under current circumstances globalisation will not be politically
sustainable. After all, you only have to talk to your average taxi driver in Mexico-City to realize that he will almost
never be able to reinvent himself and find a more lucrative market proposition. For too little can he see himself
transcending his reality that he would now still want to endeavor that.

Given therefore that the day will come when these poor souls will no longer accept that some Rodrigo de Rato
seems to get it all, while they themselves have to work 12 or 14 hour and still cannot make ends meet, Noah
denkt™ allows itself to proffer a few bullet points on how to solve the almost impossible challenge that capitalism
poses for man. These bullet points are the following:

  • There needs to be a change in philosophy to the extent that paid executives understand that it is not they
who are the supreme expression of  capitalism but that it is much rather the self-exploitive, entrepreneurial
pioneer who best embodies that spirit.

For it is the lack of humility that these paid executives show day in day out, which discourages those that might otherwise be
willing to follow their intuition most. For too much do these hired managers suggest that they know best that the majority of
those who disagree with them would now still want to discredit them.

  • There needs to be a change in philosophy to the extent that the proponents of capitalism understand, that
it is not enough to ask others to reinvent themselves but much rather that they themselves have to
demonstrate that you can take an existential reinvention risk and be successful with it.

For otherwise talk is too cheap and no lesser induced will ever be able to go beyond himself (or herself) to achieve the
hitherto unthinkable. For too much have his (or her) authorities suggested now, that this is unreasonable anyway that they
would now still want to challenge that.

  • There needs to be change in philosophy to the extent, that psychologists and other harbingers of
conventional wisdom understand that a (near) self-destructive risk-taking is not necessarily the expression
of a sick and traumatized mind, but that it, at times, can be the very idea of reason itself, which requires that
such (somewhat) suicidal mission be undertaken.

After all, it is this psychological discrediting of sacrifice that makes it less likely that such a sacrifice will actually occur. For too
much do the brave have now to fear that they will labeled as mentally disturbed anyway, that they would now still want live
    their dream.

  • There needs to be a change in philosophy to the extent, that  proponents of liberty understand that the
market in a democratic society is not free and open by definition, but that it is much rather each everyone’s
struggle for open-mindedness that turns this market into an open and accessible entity.

For otherwise, the responsibility for this accessibility will be endlessly delegated to others. And so it is only logical that no no-
name will ever find a truly open ear. For too much will circumstantial evidence discredit him, that he will now still want to deal
    with that.

  • There needs to be a change in philosophy to the extent that the most visible representatives of capitalism
understand that the future of this capitalism cannot be guaranteed by continuous innovation only but that it
also requires a continuous flow of disruptive, ground-breaking and established power structures
challenging innovations, to help the poor and marginalized to overcome their current plight.

For otherwise, there will simply not be enough job creation.

  • There needs to be a change in philosophy to the extend that rationalists understand, that you cannot be a
rationalist without taking a substantial risk.

For too little have you else confided into reason that you will now still be able to truly embrace it.
